Terms and community rules
Effective 19 September 2026
These terms cover Cameron Low’s hosted Huddle service and public website. Huddle is a brand operated personally by Cameron Low in Ontario, Canada.
Availability and accounts
Huddle is in development and accepts no payments. Availability, capacity and features may change; no uptime, latency or adoption guarantee is made. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in and two-factor codes, and use the service only if you can validly agree to these terms. Do not use it for emergency communications or regulated/sensitive records requiring safeguards not offered here.
Your content and permission
You retain your rights in your content. You give Cameron and necessary providers the limited permission to store, transmit, display and process it to operate the features you use. Publish only material you have authority to share, respecting privacy and intellectual-property rights. Other participants may receive and retain copies. Upload URLs can be accessible outside the application to anyone who obtains them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Huddle for unlawful content or activity, threats, harassment, sexual exploitation, spam, impersonation, credential theft, malicious files or unauthorized access. Do not bypass permissions, disrupt the service or test other people’s accounts. Community owners may set additional rules consistent with these terms. Cameron may restrict content or access to address abuse, legal duties or operational risks; contact Cameron about an error or review request.
Reports and security
Report abusive content, intellectual-property concerns or a vulnerability to hello@cameronlow.com with the affected URL and a concise description. Do not include passwords, private conversation dumps or exploit another account to demonstrate a problem. Test only accounts and systems you control unless you have separate permission. This notice is not a bug bounty or authorization for intrusive testing.
Downloads and third-party services
The Windows client connects to the hosted service and uses local device storage and permissions. Google, UploadThing and device/browser services have their own terms. Bundled open-source components retain their licences. No ownership of third-party software or content is transferred by these terms.
Closure, changes and responsibility
Use available controls or contact Cameron to request closure. Shared communities, stored uploads and backups need separate review; see the privacy notice. The service is provided as available during development. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Ontario law applies subject to those mandatory protections. Material changes will be published with an effective date; contact Cameron if a change affects your use.
